Spring Programs for 5-12 Year Olds (60' Diamond)

The Instructional Divisions focus on developing baseball skills and fundamentals, and fostering a love for the game, with less emphasis on wins and losses.

T-Ball division is typically made up of player Little League age 5, first year players Little League age 6 may also opt to play Tball. Players hit off a tee, and later in the season may hit off coach-pitch. Player commitment is one weekday (varies based on coach availability) and Sundays during the season, which runs from mid-April until the end of the school year.

Instructional League (IL) is for players Little League age 6. This league is coach-pitch. Player commitment is one weekday (varies based on coach availability) and Saturdays during the season, which runs from mid-April until the end of the school year. 

The Minor League Divisions continue to focus on developing baseball skills and fundamentals, but we begin to record outs, keep score, and introduce some basic baseball strategies. 

Rookie Division is for players Little League age 7. This is a coach-pitch league where outs and strikeouts are recorded.  We do not keep score.

A Division is for players Little League age 8 . This is an introductory kid-pitch league with limits on scoring and no stolen bases. Scores and standings are tracked, and a playoff is held at the end of the season.

AA Division is for players Little League age 9. This is a kid-pitch league with limits on scoring and no stolen bases. Scores and standings are tracked, and a playoff is held at the end of the season.

The Little League Divisions are made up of players in Little League Age 10 through 12. Players are split into AAA and Majors based on player evaluations. Play in these divisions continues to focus on developing fundamentals, with an introduction to more complex baseball strategies and a higher level of competition. AAA and Majors play by official Little League rules, with minor modifications for the AAA division to improve the competitive balance of the league. 

AAA Division is for players Little League age 10 year olds, plus Little League age 11s selected by managers to play in this division.

Majors Division is for players Little League age 12 year olds, plus Little League 11s selected by managers to play in this division.

NOTE: All Little League age 10, 11 and 12 year olds will play either in AAA or Majors based on evaluations and previous performance. Half the teams will make up Majors, the other half AAA. 12 year olds will play in the Majors division. 11 year olds can be selected for Majors by the managers based on evaluations, previous performance, and the manager's judgment of their readiness to compete against 12 year olds. AAA will be made up of all 10 year olds and 11 year olds not selected for Majors.  12 years olds playing baseball for the first time may also be permitted to play in AAA.
